Working Moms/Dads: Do in-house positions exist with flex time hours? I need to be able to leave work at 4pm to pick up my son from daycare, but i can get back online at home to resume any unfinished work at 8pm. Advice Request: Started my career litigating. Switched to niche transactions (so about half and half at this point).
