Cctc 10 LPA(low due to organizational changes).
I recently cleared interviews for C11 role at Citi,my salary negotiation round is pending. I’ve already submitted my current salary details and payslips.
Could someone suggest the best approach for negotiation?
1. Should I ask based on my current CTC (around 16–18 LPA)?
2. Or should I align my ask with Citi’s internal salary bands which range widely, 23LPA to 30 LPA ?
Any tips on how to handle HR discussion?
