Hi guys :) Glad to join fishbowl and this community. Guys I have an offer of 14.41 ctc from a big 4 (11 is fixed).
Technology-Microsoft Dynamics 365(I am a functional consultant in SCM and HR; Relevant exp: 3 yrs & Total exp: 4 yrs).
My interviews in IBM are done and I am waiting for the salary discussion with HR.
What is the likely offer that I am going to get? Any idea? (My expectation is 16.5 lpa ctc). I will adjust my expectations as per replies here.
Any response is highly appreciated :)

You lost me at the first sentence.
It’s hard out there for sure
You could think about negotiating over work/life balance (time off, remote work options, etc.). Also a budget if you want to travel to conferences and industry events. Might want to think about team dynamics, the ability to hire outside help if needed. I'm sure there's more stuff to toss in, but that's what I'm coming up with for now.
nowadays is basically just time off 🥲
That’s what I figured. People are lucky to even get an offer these days.
Severance. Lots of it.
@cd3 this- I have two friends who sold their houses to move to two big shops and both were cut within a year , stuck with the lease they had to break etc and if it’s an outlier market w not much if any other options like Raleigh, Boulder, Nashville - 30 days pay isn’t gonna get you home on their dime.
Holy shit!
Equity profit share (1-2% for selling though big pitches or acquiring clients, but good luck if accounts likes to take all the credit for new biz)
Bonus incentives for maintaining or minimizing profit thresholds (if you are helping production with their profit margins through creative solutions, a percentage on the earnings for coming in under budget)
Severance, more PTO or personal days + payout (even if not accrued), flex scheduling, ability to hire/fire junior teams, referral bonuses, equal bonus for amount of 401k match if it takes a year or longer to accrue (my company has a 5 year vesting period which is insane).
Sign on bonus if the hiring process took more than 3ish weeks.
