What do you guys think about 3 piece suits? I think they look great, but I'm not sure if they are ok for our job...

It's more than 90 days and I have not received my fnf ,even though I have served my notice period,whenever I am following up they say that the team is working on that , even though I have looped higher management like vp, senior manager but not getting any help.

What is the best Change Management certification? I see Prosci everywhere but I recently learned about the one offered by Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP). Hi All, I’m thinking about getting certified in change management but not sure if I should go the Prosci route or CCMP route. CCMP is a lot cheaper compared to Prosci but would it measure up just the same?

We get about 3-5 requests daily to fill out salary certifications for our employees in EMEA.

At the moment, we have to do all of them manually. We open a pdf, then open their employee file and plug away. It's tedious and time-consuming, but the banks I found won't accept an internal salary certification for some reason. They're adamant about using their form. Has anyone come across this?

Is CIPD a valuable certification? Is it appreciated in Europe only or US too? I have an opportunity to get it but not sure if knowledge is really up to date and worth time spent.
