Any one have success with a regular mother‘s helper in the evenings? Thinking 5 to 8 hours per week guaranteed when I am local, and 10 to15 when I’m not. Duties would include 1-2 school pickups...

What age kids do you think it’s “easiest” to be in consulting (i.e. have to travel)? Thinking about going to industry and wondering if I’m doing it too early. 1 kid less than a year right now.
