Dads with multiple kids. Any opinions on timing/ideal age gap for child #2?

So we’re having #2 in mid summer - advice from any fellow dads out there on key things to consider and/or how to handle another!?! Have a 2 year old now.

Which consulting firms would you say are good for guys with young kids? I don’t want to jeopardize my career but don’t wanna be the absent dad. Looking for a firm that understands and accommodates....

I’ve discovered rocking each of my 2 kids to a 6/8 beat has been far more effective at getting them sleepy than any other (standard) time signatures.
