The first time home buyer here. Any negotiation tips after the home inspection?

How do you actually find a good realtor? Obviously, google has a ton of options, but how do you vet them and make sure you're on the same page?

Found the perfect house... on a street with non-stop traffic. Dream home or dealbreaker? My commute would be amazing, but is the noise unbearable?
