Should I be concerned about exclusively front squatting? Dealing with a lower back injury, so front squat is much more comfortable and engages my quads much better. Want to avoid imbalances.

Anyone have a gym bag they travel with? Looking for some recs! Ideally something that has enough room for two pairs of shoes (lifting and gym shoes), accessories, and supplements. Durable for travel.

We got morning or evening lifters here? I’ve found when I force myself to go in the morning this allows me to save evenings for putting out the inevitable fires that come. Getting up at 5 sux tho!

I might have a herniated disc on my L5/S1, discomfort at the bottom of the spine when sit too long and centralized in that area (no pain on arms or legs).any success story with the mckenzie exercise?

Has anyone hurt their hips doing back squats due to weak glutes and hip abductors? Should I take a break from squats and focus on strengthening glutes or continue to squat but with lighter load?
