What are the most boring jobs out there?
Microsoft Received some feedback yesterday that I’m “Too smart for the role and they feared that I’d get bored and leave quickly. “ It’s honestly the most confused I’ve ever left a call. Does anyone know what this means? I thought it was a compliment initially but in retrospect it just doesn’t seem very genuine. Have y’all had anyone hit you with this one?

Do you hurt your hips? I hurt my lower back (glute muscles). I hurt them so bad I had to go to the ER.
I would go see a physical therapist. We're not doctors and even if someone chimes in with what you think is good lifting advice, they don't see your movement. Find a good PT who can look at your hip body and get a good routine from them
Both of you should stick to body weight squats and froggers for a stretch
You need to strengthen your lower back with good mornings and supermans
