Gaining weight is as simple as your inputs (food) and outputs (activity level). If you’re trying to gain 25 pounds in 7 months, that implies just under an additional pound a week. You’re going to have to eat ~500 extra calories above what you’re doing now at your current activity level
Also, one thing I forgot to add. The general consensus is that someone can add 1-2 pounds of muscle a month, Max. So while you could gain the weight, you should expect to add fat if you follow this plan
Agree with the above. Gaining weight is all about taking in more calories than you burn. I gained 20 pounds in 6 months earlier this year, but it was lifting hard 4-5 times a week and eating everything in my path. Not necessarily the path for everyone though
