I want to start an organization for people with ADD/ADHD in advertising. So many of us have it and actually draw our creativity from it but no one talks about it and how it benefits and hinders us

What are you agency’s maternity and paternity leave policies?

Got an offer, made a counter, they came back and said they’re keeping their offer where it is.

Jobs ok. Could use the benefits. Offer was below market.

New immigrant here. When people say “max out your 401k” is there a deadline for it? (Like now?) or is it something that you do every month? I haven’t set it up yet. Is too late for this year? TY!

ALWAYS choose PPO over HMO for insurance (if you have the option). The extra cost is so worth it for the quality of your healthcare and your stress levels.
