Hi all, I’m looking to re-enter the workforce. I had to take a career pause @ the beginning of the pandemic because I had a child. I have 5+ years of experience in life science (bench top, pathology in a hospital, startup, and most recently clinical research). I’d like to make a slight pivot into a health informatics, clinical data or data analytics position but I’m also open to non clinical research positions like regulatory/quality assurance etc. Does anyone have any recommendations? I recently got SHRM Certified Professional certificate and am doing contracting for Whole Foods remotely in an HR/Unemployment role. But, I really need something that pays better than $27.50 an hour and no benefits. Planning to leave PwC. I have two offers that I need to respond to tomorrow. Both are for the same base pay (higher than what I make now)and similar other benefits. Everyone I interviewed with was great. The role at the first company likely has little room for growth but the tasks I feel I could do easily. Work life balance would be amazing. The second company I’d be the first dedicated tax person for the public corporation. Both companies Glassdoor ratings are around 4. Which would you choose?!

Switching jobs and am getting 250k RSUs (25% vested each year over 4 years) the stock seems to be doing good (40% growth over the past year) should I keep them all or sell some and put in ETFs or index funds? Or something else?
