I have some doubt regarding pf contribution... Say for example.. 12% of my base salary is 600 which gets deducted from my salary.. on the flip side.. the company has to contribute 600 to my pf (which is actually deducted from my salary only like already part of CTC)?. So my question again is that.. the company contributes 600 as well? PwC

If you’re white like me it’s so important to realize that we were raised in a society where institutionalized racism is normalized, and we were born with privilege. You can’t choose the color of your skin, but you can choose to put ego aside and reflect on why this isn’t happening to me, and be vocal about being anti-racist.

I’d do least 2 years at your first job, and accumulate at least 3 years in the agency world getting well-rounded experience across different clients and industries, collaborating with the full set of roles available to you at an agency.
Making the jump at 1.5 years to an in-house job is narrowing focus way too soon IMO.
Best move you can make. I’m jealous
If there is an opportunity now, go now. You have no idea if I’m .5 - 1.5 years that the opportunity will come around again
good work is good work — any cd worth their paycheck knows this and will be able to tell if you ever want to go back to the agency realm.
don’t let people scare you out of a potentially good opportunity just because it’s “in-house”.
just be sure to do some extensive research and really think about whether the work you will be producing there will be good for your portfolio/self in the long run.
best of luck!
Just don't stop learning and growing when you get over there.
All really good advice. Thank guys!
