Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

I am a graduating student who just got offered 65k for a solution analyst role at Deloitte USDC (Data Engineering Focus). From reading previous posts it seems to be a lot of negative thoughts surrounding the USDC, but straight out of college is this a good opportunity?
I'm looking to gain as much experience as possible out of college in an IT role and wondering what exit opportunities may be in place a year or two down the road if there is little/slow progression.
Any Advice?

I’m in Midwest but here are the ones I evaluated. Went with liberty health share. Medical only. Supports family of 6 for ~$550/mo. Hope this helps.
- Total health
- Liberty healthshare
- Lifesecure
- Medishare
- Samaritans Ministry
- Altrua
One of the reasons I love the Midwest :)
Keep in mind that’s only medical. No dental, no vision. COBRA is a good stop gap option for all. But that’ll run you at least $1700/mo for a family
Same. Hopefulness is my current health plan—like “let’s hope I don’t get hit by an MTA bus today!”
Your best choice is COBRA. Sorry, I know it sucks. The market ones are crap. COBRA is expensive, but worth it
You have 60 days to opt into cobra (your former companies insurance), and it’s retroactive. If you don’t have regular medical bills, play the game and only opt in if you have bills during that period
