Helo everyone, I had an interview scheduled with Cognizant on last week of Jan 2022 but due to technical error in Verification code I couldn't join interview lobby. I reported the same to the HR and I was told the interview will be rescheduled. Now there's no update from the HR. Could you please guide me how can I proceed or any email address to which I can inform to take the rescheduling process further.
Thanks in advance

“Thank you” or “thank you, very generous”. Would just say thanks honestly
Keep it short, sincere.
Just say thanks. Nothing more is needed.
Thanks, everyone. I appreciate the feedback.

I'm probably in the minority in thinking that there's no need to thank someone for your bonus. It's earned, not a gift. If anything, maybe thank them for another great year at work or something like that.
I always sent a note - just a few words, not a letter. In the earliest days I did handwritten. After I was more established as an associate I said a quick "thanks" in person and sent a short heartfelt email as a follow-up.
