I interviewed for a Senior Accountant role in Seattle with $140k all-in comp (base, bonus, equity).
Checked my email again. It was $140-$157 all in. I ended the process early.
If it helps this past summer I interviewed for senior accountant for DC. $150k total comp. Believe the base was $120k with a $25k cash bonus and $5k stock options the first two years then the cash bonus decreases to 0 over the next 2-3 years with stock options increasing. Total comp would remain the same.
I was an audit manager with 9 YOE. Senior manager now, still in audit.
I did and I went for big air. I was at $110k as a manager 2 and they’re Amazon so I figured why not.
About 150-160ish all in. Cash is about 120ish for base
