I am a CA with 5 years of post qualification experience (with one of the big4). I joined PwC k SDC as SA2 last year December. Now I realised that, I am placed a level below than compared to my peers. Can I ask HR to match my level based on my experience?

PS: My previous employer is offering me to join back as a Manager but I am inclined for PwC for WFH.

So I chose an offer for Deloitte India over Infosys as a Node.js developer. Joining next week. But most of the time when people praise Deloitte they mean USI so I have been of two minds and wondering if I made the right decision.

Anyone know much about the start up scene in E Africa? I hear a lot of general talk about how it’s ‘booming’ but can’t find much information online. I’m in a weird position where I’m trying to switch into tech but am moving to Kampala for the next year. Has anyone left healthcare and is now really happy? I’m an MSN, RN with 12 years hospital experience. I’m burned out and tired of making crap pay. I have an opportunity outside of healthcare that would pay more and challenge me in new ways that I haven’t experienced before. It’s a total shift that would really heal my work-life balance, job satisfaction and budget. My only fear is that I would not be using the license and degree that I worked so hard for. I would appreciate any input!!!!
