The hostility on my team is rough. We have a yeller. I walked by her room the other day. She was screaming across the room at a student, "you have to be kind to get kindness." Seriously, those were her words in a loud, berating, angry tone. Our admin has asked that we not report these. We are to talk to the teacher. She has yelled at me and other adults. Admin has to know she treats the kids this way too. One teacher has to work with her door closed to not hear the yelling all day.

I’ve been looking for a new job opportunity as my current job’s environment has been becoming more toxic. I can’t afford to put in my notice while looking for a new job, I’ve been struggling with finding a compensation that is more than my current salary or even matches it. Has anyone experienced the same or have any advice?

I have a friend in London that has a fantastic offer from GS - he will also be in HR. But he currently has a pending charge against him that his lawyer is pretty confident that he can get the case thrown out. It’s an assault by beating charge and was done in self defense after the other person trespassed and walked up to my friend in a threatening way. My friend wants to turn it down as his lawyer doesn’t think he will pass vetting. Given the circumstances, possible he can be upfront & pass bgc?

But hiring manager from Wells Fargo scolded me on ping and said that I won't get any opportunity from Wells Fargo in future.
