Accepted an offer from BCG today after nearly 5 years with Accenture. Only just now received my first raise from Accenture this year for a whopping 5% and 4% bonus.

WWYD? Move from Accenture to BCG for a 40% raise, but cost of living increases 50%+ due to relocation. I'm up for promo this year at Accenture too, which brings BCG's offer to a mere 15% more.

What is the promotion cycle in MBB . Bcg seems to have a 24-30 month model. I hear Bain is on the higher side and mck is super wide with as early as a year ?
