Was at another consulting firm for 2 years, got promoted, then coming to BCG got downleveled to Senior Associate. Do I need a promotion at BCG as well to get solid exit ops, or will 4+ years of work experience in consulting and one promotion be enough to get good exits?

as an analyst how do I network and maintain connections with external orgs (clients and more so buyers) after the deal has closed? I have their contacts of course but do I add them on LinkedIn after? My company says the s user id provided by them will get de-activated once I leave (in a week). I have not claimed the amount also. Is there any way I can transfer the certification to my personal email I'd so that I can write other exams in time left?
