When is the compensation discussions at EY supposed to occur? Have not gotten any indication when this will happen in my office yet.
How can i be asked to be put on engagements with female coworkers? I'm not comfortable working with guys and kinda impacts my work quality and most (if not all)my engagements are with male seniors.
Is assurance the worse paid at the senior and staff level at EY? Over The past few months, I have spoken with TAS and Advisory seniors and almost all of them make 120k and above at senior level.

Already 100k in debt from BS and MS. Firm doesn’t pay for MBA. I think I can kill it at my current job for 2/3 years then get an M7 MBA to get to where I want to be. Thoughts on funding/my strategy?
Have you ever received an offer letter or comp letter where you were asked not to disclose the amount and then asked to sign something legally binding you to that confidentiality? (I recently left consulting and had a standard comp package -base, bonus and equity) that was augmented with a “project bonus”.) The project bonus and equity were the secretive part. Just curious if it’s normal or not.
Is it unreasonable to move further from my office/have longer commute if it means better mental health? :/
