What’s the solution to email overload? At this point if it’s not coming directly from my team or clients or emails about compensation it goes right to archive and I don’t read it. I feel like I’d miss something important, but I probably get 15 emails a day that get deleted immediately otherwise.

Hi, currently making 10.5 lakhs fixed as AM ( recently promoted) , have an offer from KPMG for consultant for 15.5 fixed. Should i take demotion from AM to consultant. Also if i resign now , will miss out on 1.3 lakhs rupees bonus which will get in September. Also please tell about DT-CDSG team at KPMG India. TIA

I recently interviewed with Natwest and I got confirmation that they wanted to offer a role. Salary negotiations were started. However, now I got an email from the hiring manager that hiring for my role has been paused due to the ongoing cost of living crisis. He expects to resume the hiring for the role in Q1 '23 and would resume the process then. So is it the end? Honestly, I don't expect him to come back. But what do you think?

I received a 2 year continued service agreement costing $12,000 in effect fot individuals who 'leave voluntarily' within the allotted timeframe. Will I actually have to pay for the costs of training if I don't end up liking the job? Are these enforceable? What are the parameters of 'leaving voluntarily?' Thank you!
