how’s the culture within Salesforce compared to working for big consulting firms like Accenture, Deloitte and PwC?

What’s the overall culture like at PwC in Advisory, in the IA/Compliance service line? Evaluating an offer from them, but I must say I don’t know too much about the overall firm/culture.
