That literally would never happen
Haha good try
Are you that good?!
We would likely need to know your current exit opps/culture/perks to compare
EY3 we call our 2nd and 3rd Years experiences associates, Senior is when you actually get promoted
Also lol
Lol that’s what they’re saying now
Yeah good luck with that
You must be looking at the deployment/IFS senior positions...
Pretty sure senior associate is just what PWC calls a staff in their second/third years and is not the same as senior!
PwC does not make their own first years senior. Or second years. I’ve seen seniors at regionals be demoted down to be taken on. Something doesn’t seem correct hearing 1s year at crowe to PwC senior.
You might be thinking of experienced associate. You’ll like the switch.
Yeah EY3 that’s not right
Don’t bother... We tend to stab people on the back..
@OP what region are you in?
“Senior"
Yeah I am really surprised you got the offer from assoc to senior while back in 2015 i was 2 yrs manager from pwc caribbean and 2 yrs manager from EY asia and still got an offer from pwc new york as senior 1 :) lucky you. I waited 3 yrs more before I got promoted to manager here at NYM office.
It all depends on demand and supply, firms are more lenient when they need people compared to when you want a certain job/title. One of my friend did not got promoted after year and half and KPMG and moved to Deloitte for a senior position.
How hard is it to jump into big 4? Is it easier if you go big 4, non big 4, big 4?
It is not hard. It is just that high expectation... you will be doing fine. Just have a positive outlook in life and learn as much as you can..
