PwC pays for your lunch
Both close to the same. Practice by practice differences in culture vary so much that you won't notice much difference. That said, PwC advisory is going through a completely rotten phase. Recommend avoiding us for the next 6-9 months.
One has three letters and the other has two letters. So that’s a 50% increase in letters from one to the other
Slow poison vs. rapid...anyways , u will die for sure
EY has a better culture among all big 4. Agree with the set of specific people you work with.
EY is more risk averse and far less aggressive as a company than D or PwC
Pwc has seemed to me to be a bit more buttoned up/ conservative than EY, but I'm not sure if that still holds true
D and Pwc are worst in terms of Culture
Don't get it twisted. EY has a better culture than PwC. If you only care about holiday parties and liberal holiday policies, then listen to EY1. Speaking from experience
P3 - what do you mean a completely rotten phase?
I’ve worked at both. Like others said, it depends on practice. Enjoy EY more (people, exposure, opportunities) and don’t see myself leaving anytime soon.
EY hands down 🙌🏻
Worked at both. EY is way more conservative. That said EY today reminds me of how PwC used to be in the late 90s. Great, people focused culture.
SM1 is just mad because he/she got counseled out. Do better
Good question. I’ve been with both and have had only great experiences. Obviously depends on the practice you are with but I would put Pwc slightly above EY for their great holiday parties and liberal holiday policies
Not sure about the whole rapid thing. Pwc is a slow moving beast
I have learned from experience that they are both exactly the same
Not a dime's bit of difference on the whole.
I’ve worked for both and see only very minor differences. They know they both compete for the same resources. I did love PwC’s 2 week holiday shut down. Miss that, but now EY gets the whole week of July 4th. It all evens out.
EY sucks
