Which is better long term. A job at a Big agency with big clients VS. A job at a smaller shop but higher pay and title with more responsibility.

I'd like to think I'm prime for a promotion, but my agency is not promoting people right now. BUT...I know if I left they'd be absolutely screwed. Can I ask for a promotion by threatening to leave?

Should I wait for Accenture to allot me project or shall I abscond?
I am worried since I joined Accenture as level 9 team lead and what if they fire me? Or map to some irrelevant project?

Hi I work at Accenture Strategy & Consulting in Management Consulting - Capital Market Practice. I have 5.5 years of experience in Capital Market Consulting. Have worked with Investment Banks, CSDs, Clearing Houses, Exchanges. Have worked on RFI, RFP, PM, Requirements Gathering, BRDs , FSDs. Waterfall to Agile implementation etc.
I am MBA- Finance and did Computer Engineering in UG.
