Anyone here do HR for an organization with both union and non union employees? My organization is very small consisting of 8 union employees and 7 non union employees. Not Even getting calls if I Update as 3 Months NP ? And please let me know when is the good time to resign and search since I heard hiring will slow down now in the Year End
