What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. I have joined wipro on 31st Jan 2022 so as per 6 month calculation my probation period will end on 31st July 2022.

If before 31st July I am putting down papers my Notice period woud be of one months right and not 3 months since my probation ends after 31st.

As per offer letter it's mentioned in probation notice period is of 30 days.

Please let me know if my understanding is right ?
