Hello Mastercard employees. I have been trying to break into MC for long now.
I have 2 yrs workex post MBA. I have experience in data analysis and consulting. But I don't want to get into consulting anymore. I am looking for analytics roles. Anyone here would be able to DM and guide me on the available options at Mastercard?

It can only help but don't know by how much. I think a great GMAT/GRE score will offset a bad GPA more.
Every app I've seen has an area to list additional professional/academic credentials and in some cases I've seen them specifically ask if you have a CFA. Even if you've only passed Level 1 it's worth listing but already passing all 3 levels and being chartered would be best.

I think the GMAT is inherently a very different exam, but it definitely doesn't take as much study time as the CFA (I studied for about 2 months for GMAT).
When are you planning to apply for MBA? Since the CFA exams are offered infrequently I'm not sure how realistic you can expect to have passed all 3 levels by a certain application date.

My suggestion would be focusing on adding value / taking on additional responsibility in your current role and supplement that with leadership / community involvement outside of work.
