Could someone from ZS comment on what’s the usual bonus payout at the firm in their US offices. I was told you get 2 bonuses in a year - one that affects your base (upto 10%) somewhere around July and one that’s a normal bonus (again upto 10%). What’s a realistic percentage here? Can I ex… more

What do homegrown people get at this level? And what is the bonus percentage?

Seems like Strategy& is hiring aggressively for their LS practice. Worth it to jump from a LS-focuses firm (think ZS, IQVIA, Putnam etc.) assuming 20-30% increase in comp?
