I gave an interview in Accenture and the manager wants me to move to Hyderabad,but I'm comfortable with the Kolkata location. I've cleared two rounds and now the Hyd manager is telling me that if I move to Hyd otherwise they will not proceed with my application any further. Can anyone suggest to me what can be done here?

Although, I am happy with my current position as a respiratory therapist, there seems to be not a lot career growth with where the department I currently work in within my healthcare system. I am wondering what doors/opportunities I have if I were to utilize my masters degree?

USI folks - Do you know if the Sum assured of the health insurance offered by Deloitte is for per year or total. Context, I am currently at Deloitte US and thinking of requesting a USI transfer because of a serious health issue for one of my parents. SC to M, promotion in CBO.

I was promoted to SC in Aug 2020, and milestone year shows 2024 (4 years).

Is this normal I thought SC-M was 3 years and 2 for an early promo.

Can anyone suggest if it's even possible to try to get promoted in 2 years? Just don't want to put in extra effort and getting disappointed later.

Though we have spent the full year working in US, equivalent to US resources, at exactly same Billing rate. Can we do anything about this.

Anybody moved back to USI recently? I'm supposed to travel back soon and getting a bit anxious about the 14hr journey (haven't flown since the pandemic began). Would it be fair to ask Deloitte for business class instead of economy? I guess it would be easier to maintain social distancing in business, but would it even matter?

So if I were to rent a car from Trips, can my wife (not in Deloitte) drive that car as well? Is she also covered in the insurance? Does anyone know?
