Thanks to covid I was able to achieve this salary at just 7 yoe. When I joined the industry my manager at 10+ experience was earning 10-12 lakhs.

What's the right approach to highlight this to Senior Manager and Coach for comp off. Since Deloitte expects you to work 24*7.

I have 2 offers
1) Capgemini which is using the technologies which I am currently working on but in AWS. Also it provides a chance of learning DevOps as well.
2) Wells Fargo which has no scope of cloud and using the same technologies which I am currently working.

Salary difference in hardly 45k.
Considering work life balance and technologies to learn which one should I opt for..?
