10 months into new job and feel like I want to get involved in something to help network but also fill this gap around trying to grow your career when you have young littles-it’s been a big stress and feeling like I just don’t have the drive I used to. Is it crazy to start a moms group at work? Foster connections with other working mommas. Not sure how to begin or what would be a good way to bring people together that I don’t know. Any advice on how to do this or abort the idea?

As holidays come around, the family has upped their questions about when we are having kids and why we haven’t yet.
