11+ YOE & joined CTS as SA (@8yoe) in Nov 2022. Recieved 3,5,5 ratings in last 3 years. Was in talks with manager for promotion but got released due to massive rampdown. Now whenever my assignment ends I feel pressurized to get project asap rather than waiting for promotion eligible project. And its hard to get promotion in same projects even after peak performances as mostly projects are of shorter duration now.

any solution ? And any significant BENEFITS of promoting to M level in CTS ?

Can anyone please share the experience to allocate the project after joining. Experience in Java backend. Is there any tips to allocate project before joining or after joining. Thank you. @

I am defending an eviction for a client who has given possession of the property (as of Nov. 30). Plaintiff’s complaint has one claim – possession. They did request relief for attorney’s fees. NJT/Final Hearing commenced 10/27, was only 30 min and was therefore continued to 12/20. Plaintiff had counsel at that time but they are no longer represented.  I want to file something notifying Court that Plaintiff claim is now moot, making sure that judgment is not entered that hurts (cont'd)..
