You can think beyond yoe and experience, be it any company a M role and SM role comes with equal amount of responsibility, that's where self awareness is mandatory, stop comparing yourself with your juniors or peers , KFC was made by a 60+ oldie and it became iconic , so experience and designation are just numbers , start thinking from the perspective of what value you are capable of giving to am organisation, where you stand with respect to your learning curve , do you really know your strengths and weaknesses and are you really playing them to your advantage, your goal shouldnt be comparing yourself with your peers or juniors but compared with a year back version of yourself , compare how many people you have impacted around, how many juniors you mentored who really adore you, how many clients are satisfied with the solutions you provided , a career is not a short 10-12 years game , it's a 35-40 years consistent commitment, with your kind of mindset even if you are SM at 10 years experience you will struggle in long term with your juniors, clients , peers and seniors even if on paper you are able to outshine all of them
