Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .
Any info on the agency Heartbeat in NY?

That’s good! I’m 30 and only at 135 if that makes you feel any better.
Don’t compare with others and be content with what you have now.
Don’t worry… nobody feels rich AF at 27. And when you make $250k+ at 35, you’ll have less cash flow with more responsibilities. Life will squeeze you into mid-30’s. I made $300k last year at age 38 just as a reference. We have a household income of $550k and I’m sure we’ll feel behind when we start comparing with others.
Well said. People need to learn how to be content with what they have and remove the attachment of material gain.
You are a W2. You are a member of the working class. The class is so far behind everything you are measuring millimeters.
Yeah a little lower, RIGHT THERE, don’t stop, oooo perfect
I’m at about the same at the same age.
I do feel that looking on this app a lot, but then I remember that I still make double what my parents do.
You’re behind the 1%, but you’re still ahead of the 80%. You also likely have a nice little bump coming in the next year or two, so I wouldn’t/don’t worry about being a couple months behind/ahead. At the end of the day, someone’s always going to be making more. Even McK1 here is behind plenty of people; even then, I’m sure he still cries himself to sleep a lot of nights, so it’s not always worth it.
Guys please go out and touch grass
Ambition is different from this mix of humble flexing coupled with faux fear about being behind in comparison to faceless ‘peers’ on fishbowl.
Fishbowl is not real life. If you want to work harder to make more, that is your prerogative. However, it feels disingenuous coming on this app asking these rhetoricals regarding if you’re falling behind, when a majority of this country makes significantly less and makes due with that.
And yes, I know I could choose to not respond but today I chose violence so I will.
Feeling the same, but at $160k at 28
Left consulting. Work at a tech company
yep, was almost exactly at the same age / TC four years ago. Living in NYC and always felt stretched financially.
It will get better, just remember to always be ‘prepared’ to get lucky (you never know when your next big opportunity will come, but it will — whether it’s one month from now, 6 months, 2 years, etc.).
Go get it!

Nope, I am happy wherever I am.
My TC is around 300k and i am 40. I feel very behind my ivy classmates, some of which are already senior execs or already likely pulling 1M+.
For what its worth, when i was 27 i was a fresh graduate of an engineering program and my salary was 70k

$84k tc same at 25
That's much higher than average people in the US. I was getting $75k at 27 and felt so happy until I joined this bowl...
If you are employed your are doing well. The real question is are you fulfilled where your at beyond compensation. I am 51 retired military and learned that it is not always about the TC.
Yes 33 and tc is 175k
Who are you competing with?
