Does anyone have experience with Ben Glass’s “Great Legal Marketing” programs? https://greatlegalmarketing.com
I ordered a free “starter kit” from his company and received a decent-sized box with some books and audio CD’s. Haven’t listened to the CD’s yet, but the books aren’t bad, with plenty of practical advice.
Now he’s running a promotion where you can get two months of his basic-level course for just $19.95 to cover the cost of shipping. It seems that Ben is one of the better-regarded legal marketing “gurus” out there.

Bangalore/Gurgaon. Reasoning is that it's 50k before taxes or somewhere around 35-37k after taxes extra per month which is more than enough to cover up rent and food for you as an individual. But the kind of exposure, growth and adaptability you'll get being in one of these fast paced cities with one of the brightest minds around is unmatchable. I know family is important and we need to give time to them but being independent is also one of the responsibility we need to cultivate as soon as possible in life as that sets up the path for rest of your journey in corporate and in life
Even if it was 16 lpa vs 16 lpa , I would have always suggested banglore/ Gurgaon. At this experience level priority should be learning and exposure that won't be good at hometown. If you have any other career aspirations or any other reason to stay with family then only hometown.
Home town.
Savings will be more in hometown. Better wlb as mentally you will be at peace.
Spend more time with parents as they are old we got limited time with them.
Exposure nowadays is not limited to location. Though in Bangalore you will be exposed to bad traffic and roads for sure.
Choice is yours be sure to be content with whatever you decide.
Hometown.
Expense in bang/gurg will be around 20-25k per month with normal standard of living. In hometown you would be saving everything. In IT there could be exposure through remote as well. Lets say your team is in chennai and clients are in USA, so hardly ot matters that you work from bang or gurg or home. Only missing part will be some social life.
Hometown
Bangalore for sure
Hometown
Which city is your hometown? How do you see future prospects for IT companies there?
Hometown
Hometown. Thank me later
Rising Star
Bangalore for future opportunities
Home town.. stay with your parents buddy
I worked 3 years in a tier 2/3 city. Then the next 3 years in Bangalore. The salary is almost doubled when I shifted to bangalore even though the amount saved remained almost same but the exposure bangalore provided is great. There is a high chance you will get adjusted to the slow pace of a tier 2/3 city and settle in that comfort zone. Since this is your home town chances are high. But exposure on the other side is huge
You will be much more healthy in your hometown, living with your parents..good social circle...peace of mind...bangalore/gurgaon will give you shit life...life is not only about race...these so called big cities are polluted concrete jungles...this is rotten jmindian mindset to leave everything for money and career...pls see overall balance and happiness from long term perspective...
Hometown
Company name ?
Which company in kolkata giving 16LPA for 3.5YOE?
Passion/Comfort ?
Move to gurgaon. It's better than Banglore in my opinion.
16 lpa in your hometown is anyday better than 22lpa in an urban slum called Bangalore, away from your family
