I've definitely heard good things, but I haven't had direct experience. Are you required to make a commitment if you sign up for the paid course? If not, I'd say $20 is worth taking a chance on - especially given all the freebies you've already received.

helpful

No, you can cancel during the two-month trial and pay nothing more. The only catch is that if you drop out during the first three months, you’re ineligible to rejoin in the future. Or at least that’s the stated policy.

Anyway, I agree — for just $20, why not? So I’ve already signed up.

Does it have a CD? I just heard about it from my colleagues. Now I'm considering buying one for myself.

I just finished my Masters at UT Arlington. I’ve been working for this firm for almost 3 years in uptown Dallas. I technically don’t have a title, obviously because I’m not license. I mainly do a lot of renderings and postproduction work along with some digital graphics for a lot of projects. Is it too soon to ask for a pay raise? Or how do I come about that?

New to Fishbowl! I’m a retail pharmacy technician in MO with 12 years experience. No degree, just my State Pharmacy license. Was at $16 per hour until last October and was given $1 raise, so currently at $17 per hour. I feel very underpaid. Looking to move on if I can’t negotiate a better hourly rate. What is the average pay range for someone with similar experience? Also, suggestions for other positions to apply my current skill set?

There's a lot of backstory to this but I can only type so much SO I've been with my company for 10.5 hours and just found out they've increased their base pay for starting employees $3-5/hr. I have received my annual 3-4% raises, only because I always make sure to ask for it, but nothing more. They didn't even acknowledge my 10 year anniversary with the company and it's a pretty small company (less than 100 employees). I feel I should get a $3-5/hr raise since the base pay was raised. Thoughts?

Question to Leadership!
1. You are calling all the employees in the office & just providing lunch? That's all for completing 150 years?
2. You would ask questions, and whoever is able to answer it, you will give some merchandise only to them?, And the other people are not your employees?
Why are you even organizing it? You think people would come from far places just for lunch?

So far I have sent one "cold call" application via email, directly to the managing partner with a cover letter and resume attached. No response.

Should I follow up? Is there a better procedure? TY

Been practicing a year now. Of 6 attorneys, 4 will be retiring soon, and I was brought in to hopefully take over. I am troubled: first that my partners largely provide me with no guidance.
