I'm having 3rd round of interview with director of IQVIA , still unsure what kind of questions going to be asked, need your inputs here.
FYI...this is my first switch going to happen, may be anyone of you, who has given interview with IQVIA and got offer letter can share their experience, so that it will be helpful for me.

They are pay master. Till now the interaction with them was very good. They even shown a good gesture by giving away an amazon gift card for attending pre joining session. Glassdoor reviews are good. "Great place to work" certified. Relatively smaller company (Revenue in the range of millions). Providing permanent remote opportunity.
But, I talked to one of it's employee, he himself is in notice period. He told about the micro-management he is facing. They keep checking his online status. That's pathetic. They have smaller clients (mostly). There are lot of full stack projects. That's all I know.
I hope these companies had someone as backup too else it's such a waste of time for them. 😅
Yes Yes , I’m in no way saying it’s candidates fault. If we didn’t had this much pay parity this wouldn’t be an issue and this was a much needed market correction, by whatever means.

do EPAM offer competitive CTC? have cleared two rounds. client round pending. Skills set - java8 , aws , springboot, microservices & yoe - 3.8 years. also hold other mnc offers. max is 14 & 15/16 in pipeline. what ctc should i settled. still left with np more than month.

I too gave 6 different interviews and got selected in 5 .. had to choose one even though I had product based and banks and choose service based... Because it was Accenture and Accenture is not less than any product based companies and I love to work there as am an ex Accenture employee

What is best way to approach to HR with counter offer?
Will you initially call and inform or will you directly send email with counter offer?
In the current market situation the HR people are automatically asking for what revision they can do in the offer once you say them you can't join.
