Hi,
If I get referred at IBM, get a mail for details from the HR but do not reply as I currently don't want to switch because of some reasons, can I get referred again after say 3 months?
Asking cuz the profile blocks for an year after applying/getting referred at Accenture.

Depends on the firm. There are a lot of wealthy families in certain areas of Florida (Miami, Boca, The Keys, etc.) so your pay would likely be higher if you got in with a firm focused on high-asset clients. If you worked for a firm that takes lower asset clients or a firm with collections issues, you’d make less. I’d expect the range at our experience level to be 75k-150k plus bonus, with each end of that range being the farthest end of the spectrum. Of course, your interviewing skills, education, and experiences in your current firm will also play a role in increasing your salary towards that higher end of the spectrum.
