3rd year PI associate looking to leave my current firm, have 2 offers on the table: 1. 120k base salary, 33% origination, undetermined profit sharing each year, 30 min commute each day, big office/staff, no upward mobility; 2. Small firm sole practitioner 80k base, 5% of what I lead on/resolve, 40% origination, WFH 3 days a week, flexible schedule, opportunity to do more trials and eventually take on more responsibility and become a partner. 1. Student gets 95 percentile on standardized tests in 1st grade.
2. 2nd gr teacher, capable and flexible but a little old school.

I have a dumb question... I have my first jury trial coming up in a few months. It's a 3-day auto accident trial. I'm the plaintiff attorney. My question is, should I have my client present the entire three days, or am I okay to tell them that they're fine to leave after they testify?
