What is a typical team structure at MBB for a large corporate strategy project ? For example, portfolio review and growth strategy for group of 3-5 businesses on public holding company. Would that be team of 5? Team of 10? And how involved are partners on a project like that (e.g., more a member of team or more a stakeholder)?

Been working at my company as a new grad for almost a year, but don’t see myself in the team that I am in (working with Salesforce) for long term. Interested in frontend dev and have been learning on my own. Manager says chase doesnt have much React opportunities. Is it possible to make a switch when I barely have experience? Upon passing, the partner told me they would hire an assistant for me since I now became an associate.
