401k question: How do you guys allocate your 401k? Right now I have mine in a Fidelity S&P index fund. New firm uses Vanguard so thinking I'll allocate it all to a Vanguard S&P fund. What do you all do?

Hi all. I was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder type 2 and it’s been hard to heal with the ups and downs of a very competitive sales position in the current market. Before taking FMLA for 12 weeks I was a top performer. Any advice from those that also live with bipolar disorder, or advice on a potentially a less stressful position to ease out of sales? Recent exp hire in consulting and would love some input.
