It has been 2+ weeks since I completed the Interview & Psychometric Assessment rounds with Macquarie Group , but yet to hear anything from them. I also followed up with HR but with no response. For the record, the interview went well. Any idea if they usually take this amount of time to get back? If I got rejected, why not communicate directly?

My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.

I interviewed someone today and knew in 10m that I thought they were awesome. Interview also ended 5m early, she’s likely going to get an offer. Could also mean the opposite - but point being it’s not automatically bad.
Ended one of my interviews in 15 mins. Got the offer. Turns out interviewer new what he wanted.
My final interview with the MD who vouched for me told me in the first 10 min they liked me. Don’t overthink it.
HR regularly schedules 60 minute interviews - I almost always stop it after 30, good or bad. Don’t worry about the duration.
No telling, but not necessarily a bad sign.
Someone who gets me what I need in 10 minutes + 35 minutes of extra time? That’s my kinda person!
