6 years in Big 4s across different geographies and I feel tired of doing multiple clients and the busy seasons every year. Also, unable to envision myself growing in a big 4 with no work life balance and no aspirations of becoming a partner in future.
Thought of switching career lines but could not find anything that interests me so might continue with IT Audit but other than big4s are there any industries hiring in Canada (would prefer remote job).

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. I’m getting put up for manager a year early. I have PPMD ,SM, and M support. Pretty much support from all the key individuals on my team and in my service line. Since it is a year early if i don’t get promoted this round I know it’ll come mid year but I do expect a good salary increase still without the promo.
