Some Asia based funds tend to pay less than the US based ones.
For the well traveled banking -> PE route, incoming associates (i.e., Y2 analyst at IB) usually get $150k base + 100% bonus. A couple of shops (e.g., Apollo) pay significantly more than that but they are also super hard to get in.
You can negotiate signing and they are usually under $50k for new associates.
I would investigate those descriptive stats to make sure they are being honest with you - no single fund is doing 80 deals, an $8B fund should be writing $500M equity checks at a minimum
Non US based and total aum is 8b, their us office is smaller
Believe that standard comp is 125k base, discretionary bonus that is usually 125k - 150k. Signing bonus of 25k
That's for MFs
