90% disabled Vet here. Got out in 2011 on medical and had to close my own business in 2023 due to surgery on my neck. Still a ton of pain and and appointments. Got a job at Eastwood after 76 applications and they laid me off for "performance issues" last week. Started March 23 and they knew my conditions up front. I made top tier incentive every month so no performance issues. I know they canned me because I have to take off so much. Not sure what to do, Seems nobody wants vets for remote work.
