Anyone works at Goodwin? I’ve been interested and applying in the last few weeks, so far, I am intrigued. I’m currently in the LA area, I’m planning to stay but I’m open to relocating either SF or Boston as well. If any can connect to their Recuritment or Talent Acquisition Team or any references, information or connections! Let me know!
How much time Mindtree take to release offer letter? I am waiting from last 2 weeks or more. On their candidate portal it is showing Shortlisted, however no offer letter . I have called the HR 2-3 times in past 5 days, however HR doesnt pick up my calls.
Below is the email i received from Mindtree, a week ago.
We would like to inform you that you have been selected in final interview with Mindtree. We are currently in process of taking your candidature for further processing.

Yes, a talent acquisition manager is a good person to be in contact with, even if in a different office - they probably know who the Boston talent people are (or may even handle this out of SF…this function is often centralized).
Regardless, most people know that it’s extremely unprofessional to reach out to current employers and let them know that so and so is looking to leave. A talent acquisition person definitely knows this.
Always a small risk but I wouldn’t be concerned. I’d reach out to them.

It never hurts to ask, but what level were they at your current company? Did you know who they were friends with? People talk a lot but if they have a good reputation should be fine and doesn’t hurt to ask.

should be fine OP.
I would definitely contact him. There is nothing wrong with exploring other opportunities for your career, so you shouldn't really be concerned about that either. I think having contacts in areas that you want to be is a good thing. You should take advantage of the opportunity.
