Crossroads Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc. I have been with the organization almost 6 years and have accomplished achievement of my MSL (Masters Strategic Leadership) and LOVE the organization…BUT…I am not having any success in moving into a new position…my interviews are great experiences but it seems to be a pattern of not being selected yet encouraged to continue applying…received information from a mentor/manager to ask for candid feedback…when is enough…ENOUGH??

My AD often lets me sift through his private collection safe and try on rare pieces that he is collecting for a Rolex/Tudor “museum corner” that he is planning to set up when they move to their new location.
I tried on a few Tudor Prince Oyster Submariners (even a blue one that the BB58 Blueberry is based on) but this was my favorite.

That sounds like a great relationship with your AD. Folks on this bowl have a lot to learn from you how to build it 😊
Honestly, I usually email him when I’d like an opinion on a watch or something in horology. I always check in when the brands release new models to ask him how they wear on the wrist.

The DRSD is the best diving watch Rolex has ever made.
Everyone always focuses on Subs but I think the Sea Dweller delivers a similarly versatile aesthetic, and the thing is built like a tank. Love this double red example, and the hour markers/hands have a lovely patina.
Thanks for sharing!
Agree! The domed crystal was something else and even though the watch itself weighed quite light (maybe due to the folded links plus the large gaps between them) it still felt nigh indestructible.
Edit: the links maybe have been hollow not folded. I tried on a bunch of vintage Tudor subs and I may be mixing things up there
