Multitasking when your highly engaged in what your working on is excellent. Multitasking because you lose interest in something so you do other things to avoid it = Bad.
Agree. The latter is more about procrastination
Every day. I'm constantly tabbing back from task to task. I'm a lot better chipping away at a bunch of projects at once than I am trying to lock in on on one thing and one thing only.
Multi-tasking is a myth. There is no such thing. You're simply switching between tasks quickly. No such thing as parallel tasks being executed.
Multitasking is a way for adhd brains to not get bored while still remaining fully productive. Paired with clear timelines, priorities, and deadlines, it can be very efficient.
