Is this good or bad? Im able to live elsewhere in europe and was thinking of the netherlands. Any suggestions on what to expect or how to handle this? I have other offers from other companies and am clueless as to how to use it in my favor.

If what they can only offer is below your salary expectations, would you want the job?
Good point. Thanks for the input
If they can’t offer you minimum $70k then don’t even accept the offer💯
If they like you enough and see value in what you bring to the table then they will give you what you want.
In a previous role, I was given a range all throughout the interview process and I told them I’m in the range even though I expected 20k more. After final negotiations I got 30k more than what they originally quoted me.
They just made me an offer at $65k. Do you have advice on approaching the salary conversation? Should I give them a specific amount I need in order to make a move, or should I ask them if there’s room to negotiate and give them a number expecting them to meet in the middle? As a side note, benefits are not as great as my current position so that is another thing I am weighing. Really like the company and role, but I’m also not miserable in my current job. Just looking for career growth
Provide them a specific number of what you'd need to take the job. You could also try asking for sign on bonus or more PTO etc. if those alternatives would work for you and they can't meet the the base you want.
But also take time to really mull over if you want it the job! You mentioned you're happy at your current job that has better benefits, etc so it also sounds like maybe you're not the most excited-- But I also don't know you and why you're looking. I'm just trying to cover all the bases. It's important, when possible, to be excited for the opportunity. If you're not then maybe there's more to think over.
